Aha! builds a suite of product development tools and operates as a profitable, self-funded, remote SaaS company.
This PM role is built for someone who wants end-to-end ownership: customer discovery, roadmap shaping with leadership, partnering with UX + engineering, shipping meaningful updates, and then measuring adoption and outcomes (including trial-to-paid conversion and product growth).
This is a remote position open to candidates in both the United States or Canada.

Lead product direction and delivery for Aha!’s product suite, partnering across leadership, UX, and engineering to build and launch AI-enhanced capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to understand what they are asking for.
- Help define the product roadmap with product and company leadership.
- Support a cross-functional team delivering enhancements and new features.
- Identify opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
- Prioritize functionality based on product goals and customer needs.
- Partner with UX and engineering to design and build customer experiences.
- Develop positioning and messaging for new releases; support go-to-market activities.
- Measure usage of new features.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 5+ years as a product manager at a growing software/technology company.
- Proven success driving trial-to-paid conversion.
- Drove meaningful, measurable product growth.
- Experience with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets.
- Strong product judgment + detail orientation; customer-centric, design-minded approach.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $110,000 – $160,000/yr (US based salary. Canada based salary may vary).
Benefits include: profit sharing + monthly retirement contribution, medical/dental/vision (often 100% premiums covered), up to 200 hours PTO, 30–90 days paid parental leave, 5–10 days paid care/bereavement leave, $1,000/year for education (plus learning time off), and volunteer opportunities.
