You’ll be handling inbound calls from any of Alorica’s various corporate clients. Day-to-day, and depending on the project, you’ll be entering and verifying names, addresses, credit card numbers, answering questions, resolving issues, working from a script, and making up-sells.

Requirements

For this role you’ll need a HS diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience, and basic computer skills. For some projects, you’ll need bilingual Spanish skills or fluency in another language.
