The leads listed on this site have been screened and we believe them to be legitimate, scam-free jobs. We cannot, however, guarantee the legitimacy as we are not the company doing the hiring. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of the companies we list on our site or any negative outcomes that may result if someone accepts employment, contract, or any other type of relationship with those companies.
We encourage any person applying to a company found on our site or elsewhere, do their due diligence and research the company for yourself as well.
It is important to understand that, while we post many employment opportunities on this site, we also post leads for independent contractor roles. Independent contractors may incur fees as part of their relationship with the company they are contracting with. Such fees may be for background checks, clien-specific training/certification, and administration fees. Such fees are not the same as “paying for a job.” The IRS has regulations that determine whether workers are employees or independent contractors. Companies working with independent contractors may not, under those regulations, pay for training or background checks.
