Remote Services Technicians

This job pays $10.25/hr. after training. Training is virtual and pays $9/hr. Requirements include one year’s experience setting up home networks (or equivalent technical training) and one year of related experience in a customer service environment. You’ll also need an understanding of wired and wireless home networks, and a typing speed of 30-40 wpm.

You’ll be providing tech support to Support.com’s customers via inbound calls.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and an employee stock purchase plan.

Client Services Technicians

This job pays $11/hr. Paid virtual training, rate not mentioned. Requirements include one year’s related experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment. You’ll also need an understanding of wired and wireless home networks.

You’ll be responding to inbound calls for tech support. You’ll also be making outbound calls to new customers to touch base.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and an employee stock purchase plan. There’s also a differential offered if you’re bilingual in Spanish.
