JustAnswer, the busy Q&A website that connects visitors with Experts, is looking for a part-time Support Agent.

You’ll be onboarding new Experts and answering questions about accounts, earnings, policies and procedures, etc. You’ll be working 25 or so hours per week to start. “Competitive pay and benefits,” the company says. “Must live in the US.”

“We are looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and who doesn’t shy away from interacting with different personalities,” the company adds.

Requirements

Other must-haves include the ability to multitask, and good organization and record-keeping skills. Bonus points if you have experience as an Expert, or with Zendesk or Kayako.
