Job Overview
This fully remote opportunity supports inbound dental and vision customers with inquiries about eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, claims, and provider information. Representatives will also assist with claim adjustments, provider credentialing updates, and enrollment activities.
Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information on dental and vision benefits, eligibility, and claims.

Help members locate providers and guide them on using the provider web portal.

Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.

Escalate complex issues when appropriate and collaborate with the leadership team to resolve them.

Participate in departmental projects and suggest process improvements.
Schedule
-
Training (first 90 days): 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.

Post-training: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.

Business hours: 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays during Medicare Open Enrollment (Oct. 1–Mar. 31).
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1+ years in customer service (healthcare, call center, banking, or retail).

Skills: Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in dental, vision, or medical insurance customer service.

Previous experience working remotely.

Familiarity with insurance terminology.
