Work from Home Customer Support for Quicken

Sutherland Global Services, a legitimate company founded in 1986, with over 38,000 employees globally, is looking for people to provide support via phone for customers of Quicken.

But you don’t need to be a financial management guru to apply for the job. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1+ years of customer service experience, and accurate typing of 35 wpm. You’ll need a basic understanding of personal finances, and a familiarity with Quicken or similar software is preferred. As customary with customer service jobs, you’ll also need a headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet place to work.

You’ll be providing general customer service, troubleshooting and problem diagnosis (you’ll have scripts and other online resources to refer to), assistance with billing inquiries, explanations of how to use product features, and the like. The title of the position is Customer Support Consultant. The pay isn’t quoted.
