Work from Home Chat Agents Needed — All Time Zones — Non-Phone Job — Virtual Training Provided

If you’re looking for a non-phone work from home job, KellyConnect is hiring full-time Chat Agents again in all time zones. Online training provided. Our Facebook members who work at Kelly report that the starting pay is $12/hr., but this has not been confirmed separately with the company. “All you do is type, no phone work,” one Facebook Kelly employee says.

Many home-based Agents at KellyConnect are working in Apple customer support. This job may also fall under the Apple contract, based on employee comments online.


Requirements include a HS diploma, 6 months’ customer service experience, and the ability to multitask and empathize with customers. Pay isn’t mentioned.

The job title is Chat Technical Support Representative. You’ll be providing “support and assistance to resolve customer technology problems through a series of trouble shooting activities via chat.” Username and password problems, email issues, uninstalling and reinstalling software, etc.
