Applicants must currently reside in one of these 21 states: Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Training begins on Feb. 23, 2022 and will be conducted remotely.

Pay is $14/hour and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Remote Customer Service Representative provides customer care for Skullcandy, a company that has revolutionized the audio arena with their headphones, earbuds, and other wireless lifestyle products. Supporting this team, you are assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general service inquiries via all contact channels (inbound calls, emails, chat, and social).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Interact with customers via all channels (phone, email, chat, SMS, social) to respond to inquiries about Skullcandy’s products and services
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to quickly resolve issues and deliver a positive experience
  • Provide general technical support as needed
  • Stay up to date with the client’s policies, products, and offerings
  • Apply client and VIPdesk Connect policies as applicable whenever interacting with customers

​WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High-school diploma or GED, required
  • 2+ years of related customer service experience
  • At least six (6) months of troubleshooting (Tier 1 tech support) and confidence in dealing with technical-related questions or concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications; technically savvy with navigating through different systems
  • A work-at-home office environment that is ergonomically sound, conducive to taking customer calls, and free from distractions
  • Internet connection, web camera, USB headset, and a computer system that meets policies and maintenance requirements
  • Ability to respond positively to change, handle complex tasks, and embrace new learning

While this is a work-from-home position, you must currently reside in one of these states: Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Training
Our next training class is scheduled to begin on February 23, 2022. New team members will attend training remotely via web cameras from secure, noise-free, distraction-free home offices.
