The company is hiring from AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
Pay for this position starts at $15/hr., plus opportunities for performance incentives and bonuses.
Concentrix provides computers for their home-based employees.
Paid training is also included.

As a Work at Home Healthcare Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will:
- Handle customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet via email and chat
- Assist customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Invest in our customers’ success by offering additional products and/or services
Who You Are:
As a Work at Home Healthcare Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- A high school diploma or GED (An Associate degree in a healthcare related field is a plus, and may be required for some positions)
- Healthcare claims experience is a plus
- A minimum of six months of healthcare experience
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
- Talent for delivering outstanding service
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- High speed internet and a smartphone
