American Express posted today that it’s looking for more Virtual Customer Care Professionals. In this job, after paid virtual training, you’ll handle queries from the company’s Platinum cardmembers. This position is full-time.

The pay isn’t mentioned in the job listing, but $38,321 is the typical American Express Customer Care Professional salary per Glassdoor, based on employee reviews. “Customer Care Professional salaries can range from $30,937 – $53,242,” Glassdoor adds. However, the company hasn’t confirmed these figures, so they aren’t official.

— Have the flexibility to work any day of the week; the department is open 365 days a year from 6am-1am EST
