LiveOps is currently seeking Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representatives for night and weekend hours.
According to their FAQ, the company is currently looking for independent contractors in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming, as well as in Washington D.C.

“Liveops is looking for people who have demonstrated success in roles that require quick thinking, organizational skills, and compassion.
As a Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative, you will be working with callers in their time of need – stuck on the side of the road! While handling a combination of inbound and outbound calls you will be required to build rapport with callers while you provide immediate assistance through tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Earning Potential
For this client, independent contractors will invoice based on the call type.
- Outbound calls invoice $0.46 per call.
- These are typically short calls; under 2 minutes.
- Inbound calls invoice the following:
- Initial calls from stranded motorists: $0.26 per minute.
- Subsequent inbound calls from customers or service providers: $0.31 per minute.
Available Hours
Calls are handled during the below hours:
- Saturday 12:00am – 11:59pm ET
- Sunday 12:00am – 11:59pm ET
- Monday – Friday
- 12:00am – 5:00am ET
- 10pm – 11:59pm ET
The client requires agents to provide services for a minimum of 20 hours a week, during the available hours. This will be a requirement in the Statement of Work.
