Hilton Hiring Work from Home Reservations Agents, with Benefits

Hilton just posted a listing for full-time Reservations Sales Specialists. Pay ranges from $9 to $13/hr., per Glassdoor and Hilton’s similar job listings. (Incentives plus a $9/hr. base.) Paid virtual training + benefits.

In this full-time job you’ll be booking reservations for Hilton customers via inbound calls.

Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent. You’ll need at least one year’s experience in a customer-oriented and/or sales role. You’ll also need six months’ experience in a role where performance was important.

A landline phone, wired internet and a quiet home office are also required. Hilton will provide “desktop terminal/hard drive, keyboard & mouse, headset compatible with hard drive, flash drive, and Ethernet cable.”

Benefits & Hiring States

The benefits aren’t detailed but according to Hilton’s job video they include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and paid time off. The job listing mentions travel benefits, “which allow you and your friends & family to experience our 13 Hilton brands first-hand at discounted rates.” (According to employees, the discounted rates are quite low.)
