— Minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service dealing with consumers
— Hardware / Software technical support
— Troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10Platforms to the registry level
— Home networks (wired and wireless) using multiple network technologies such as switches, routers, printers, IoT Devices, etc…
— Internet connectivity using cable, DSL, satellite, dial-up

Remote Services Technicians
In this job you’d also be providing tech support to Support.com’s customers via inbound calls.
During virtual training this job pays $9/hr., and $10.25/hr. afterward. Requirements include one year’s experience setting up home networks (or equivalent technical training) and one year of related experience in a customer service environment.
You’ll also need an understanding of wired and wireless home networks, and to type 30-40 wpm. Extra points if you’ve worked from home before.

Client Services Technicians
In this role you’d also be responding to inbound calls for tech support. You’d be making outbound calls as well to new customers to touch base.
This job pays $11/hr. Paid virtual training, pay rate not mentioned. Requirements include one year’s related experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment. You’ll also need an understanding of wired and wireless home networks.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and an employee stock purchase plan. There’s also a pay differential if you’re bilingual in Spanish.
