KellyConnect has reopened hiring for f/t work from home Chat Reps. Many RRRebels have been hired at KC over the years. Reports overall are positive. Employee reviews on Glassdoor give them 3.5 stars out of 5.

Reportedly not hiring from AK, CA, DC, HI, NY, NJ, or the city of Seattle, WA. But that’s not official. (With thanks to RRRebels Kanika J. and Eric G. for the tips!)

Some time ago, a $500 tenure bonus after 90 days was mentioned for these jobs. Not sure if that’s still offered — this listing doesn’t mention it — but we’ll update if we hear!

Pay

Per the company, the job includes paid virtual training at $13.50/hr., then to $14.50/hr. after 90 days. “Earning potential up to $17/hr.”

What You’ll Do Every Day 

You’ll interact with up to 3 customers at a time via Chat support system troubleshooting and resolving technology inquiries and challenges like these:

Resolving username and password difficulties

Troubleshooting email issues

Navigating customers through various apps

Data sharing & synchronization troubleshooting

Verifying proper hardware and software configuration and set up

Diagnosing and resolving issues including: internet connectivity, email, application downloads, and more
