Jackson Hewitt is the second largest tax return company in the US and, with the tax season upon us, they are actively hiring Seasonal Work from Home Customer Service Associates.


Note: In order to be considered for this position you must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Seasonal employees may remain with Jackson Hewitt in a temporary capacity from 3 weeks to 4 months, depending on business need. Hours for all staff increase substantially during our peak season (January to February). Our Virtual Contact Center hours of operation vary. Schedule flexibility is required and expected. Shifts include days, afternoons, and evenings, typically one or both weekend days, and occasional overtime.
