Notarize is a service that lets home buyers have their papers notarized online. They’re looking for part-time work from home Customer Support Associates to provide chat support and do data entry, coordinate schedules and perform similar tasks.

Given the company’s growth, it looks like more than one slot is open. However, the job text itself doesn’t say so. Job descriptions for multiple openings are often written as if only one person were needed, so it could mean either one. If we hear more, we’ll update here.

Responsibilities

    • Perform chat-based customer support remotely
    • Provide support to colleagues and coordinate schedules to ensure appropriate platform coverage
    • Identify platform bugs and escalate appropriately
    • Provide software engineering team feedback on user interface of software
    • Perform data entry and analysis as required
    • Create reports, sharing qualitative and quantitative insights to greater team
    • Other operational and administrative duties as needed based on business needs, bandwidth, and customer demands
    • We are looking for someone eager to grow into more responsibilities in team organization, scheduling, and further logistical support

Requirements

      • High school diploma
      • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
      • Ability to pass background check
      • Comfortable with technologyAbility to work a weekend schedule
      • Ability to work remotely from PC/Mac computer
