Requirements include a HS diploma, 6 months’ customer service experience, and ability to pass a typing and grammar evaluation. Pay isn’t mentioned. However, Customer Service Reps. at KellyConnect have reported average pay of $11.16/hr.

The job title is Technical Support Representative – Chat. You’ll be providing “support and assistance to resolve customer technology problems through a series of trouble shooting activities via chat.” Username and password problems, email issues, etc.
Many home-based Agents at KellyConnect are working in Apple customer support. This job may also fall under the Apple contract, though KellyConnect hasn’t confirmed this.
