Work from Home Jobs – Customer Care Representatives, Training Provided – “Nationwide”

Percepta, a customer experience company created by the Ford Motor Co. and TeleTech, seeks “nationwide work from home Customer Care Representatives” (inbound). Pay is about $12.79/hr., per employee reviews at Glassdoor, but isn’t mentioned in the job lead.

You’ll be an employee rather than an independent contractor. Virtual training is provided. The company is oriented toward the automotive industry.

“The @Home CCR will learn and execute the complete call handling process, meet expected customer service levels, support business performance goals of the program by providing a full range customer service experience, and answer regular customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, chat, social media and email,” the company says.

Requirements include a high school diploma, desktop or laptop PC (“no Apple devices”), high speed wired internet, and a quiet place for working. Experience will give you an edge, but isn’t required. Strong customer service and computer skills, plus the ability to type and speak at the same time, are also among the skills listed.
