Sitel, a legitimate customer service company founded in 1985, is looking for Customer Service Agents. Paid virtual training, and benefits for full-time Agents. You’ll be hired as an employee rather than an independent contractor. “We offer part-time and full-time positions,” the company says.

Employee reviews report an hourly pay range of $9.23 – $10.32 for Customer Service Agents. “Pay rates vary depending on the skill sets needed for each client,” the company says.
“Associates will take inbound customer service calls,” Sitel says. “Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product trouble shooting…. Our recruiters will work with you to ensure you are placed on a project that is best suited towards your skills and experience.”
