Sutherland Global Services is looking for people to provide support via phone for customers of Quicken. Sutherland is a legitimate company founded in 1986, with over 38,000 employees globally.
But you don’t need to be a financial management guru to apply for the job. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1+ years of customer service experience, and accurate typing of 35 wpm. You’ll need a basic understanding of personal finances, and a familiarity with Quicken or similar software is preferred. You’ll also need a headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet place to work.
You’ll be providing general customer service, troubleshooting and identifying problems (you’ll have scripts and other online resources to refer to), assisting with billing inquiries, explaining how to use product features, and the like.
