We’re seeing more SHOPPING brands hiring work from home customer service reps and sales reps than ever before. Some contract with virtual call centers that hire and manage workers, and others hire directly. Among those hiring directly are Nordstrom, HSN, Colony Brands, and Neiman Marcus.
Nordstrom often posts openings for Customer Care Specialists and, with the holiday season coming up fast, they will be hiring to cover increased seasonal traffic. We checked their site today, and found the following open positions:
Customer Care Specialist – Nordstrom.com; Georgia
Customer Care Specialist – Nordstrom.com; Arizona
Member Care Representative – Nordstromrack.com and HauteLook; in-office training in California; Los Angeles, San Bernardino
HSN (Home Shopping Network) also hires home-based Customer Service – Sales Reps for HSN and their catalog company Cornerstone Brands which owns Frontgate, TravelSmith, Improvements, and other popular catalogs. Today, posted jobs include:

Colony Brands is “America’s premier mail-order cheese company” and they periodically post job openings for work from home Customer Service Agents. A quick look today revealed the following opening:
At Home Customer Service Agents – Colony Brands; Missouri, Iowa and Wisconsin residents only
Neiman Marcus also has a work from home program. Though they do not have any openings posted today, you can check their site regularly on their jobs page. Choose “Work from home” from the “Job Category” drop-down menu.
