Licensed Inbound Sales
“Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required
This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license, so you must have an active license to sell insurance to be hired into this position. Please make sure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.
As a licensed inbound sales representative or bilingual licensed inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs– no cold calling! Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required

Customer Service Representative

We can help you find a position that best fits your skills and experiences. Working from the comfort of your home, you’ll be provided office equipment and virtual training to learn the nuts and bolts of insurance.
Must-have qualifications
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
Compensation
- $17.25 – $19 per hour depending on experience, plus:
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings;
- Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours”
Bilingual Customer Service
“As a bilingual customer service representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll support customer needs and offer additional beneficial products to them. We’ll provide office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative virtual team and ongoing coaching.
- Pay Rate:$18.00-$19.75, plus:
- An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours
- $500 sign-on bonus if you already have a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
- Performance-based rewards”
Inbound Insurance Sales Agent
“As an inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs– no cold calling!
As an inbound insurance service agent on our Progressive Home team, you’ll take inbound calls from current and new customers; underwriting and making policy changes and cross selling products.
Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.
- $17.50 – $18.50/hr (based on position and experience) plus:
- $500 sign-on bonus if you already have a Property & Casualty license
- 10% shift differential for weekday hours after 7pm and all weekend hours
- Top performance incentive programs, awards and contests”
Sales Specialist
