No state hiring restrictions mentioned. No college required. On the keyboard side,  you’ll need to be able to type at least 30WPM with no errors. You’d be an independent contractor (“freelancer”) rather than an employee. Glassdoor says $7-$13/hr., which doesn’t really tell you much. We’ll update here if we learn more!
