Working from Home With Kids – Tips, Tricks & Techniques — By RRR Co-Founder Chris, Mom of 2 — OK, let me start by saying, working from home is not a replacement for childcare! If you try to juggle work and children without a plan to do it well, you’ll probably end up feeling like you’re letting down your kids and your employer/clients. With certain types of jobs, you can blend the two into a “mostly harmonious” goulash. With other jobs, it’s nearly impossible. So, here are a few of my thoughts on the topic…

Make Up to $18+/Hr. Delivering in Your Car for Postmates – If you’re looking for a side gig, Postmates is hiring Couriers to make local deliveries in their own cars. You’ll be taking food or merchandise to customers on your own schedule. Pays a median of $19/hr. during peak times, the company says, though the average range appears to be about $9-$15 — depending on location, surge pricing, etc.

Typists and VR Editors – Dictate Express: “We do require testing before even accepting your application, this saves time for both of us. There are 4 tests: Spelling, Comma Use, Confusing Words, and a 4-minute audio transcription test. You must pass each test in order to proceed to the next test…”

CareDrivers – HopSkipDrive: Got a 4-door car less than 10 years old? Make extra money by driving kids locally. “Becoming a CareDriver is a great way set your own hours, support our future generations, and get paid. CareDrivers earn up to $32* per hour, plus bonuses…”
