The company is advertising for Customer Service Representatives. “Some positions are work from home!” the company says. Duties include:
— Resolve customer and sales representative’s inquiries; explain product features, provide quotes, process orders and assist with all other customer service needs
— Process credit card transactions through PayTrace
— Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
— Resolve inquiries, issues and returns with accuracy and efficiency
— Process orders received via email, fax, web, EDI or customer portal
— Provide support to Sales Team by providing assistance with their daily service needs
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills. Experience in a call center environment a plus. Pay is reportedly about $14/hr., per online reviews.
