Your job as an Associate is to assist online sports fans with a variety of issues over the phone and in e-mails. We use a variety of web based tools to assist online sports fans that call or e-mail regarding issues with:

— The general website (including member name and password issues, navigation, broken links, content errors etc.)
— Fantasy Sports (how to play, billing issues, account problems)
— Watching Sports Networks
— Mobile Applications and Mobile Alerts
— Billing questions and concerns
— Sending email responses for email inquiries.

The job description doesn’t mention hours or geographical restrictions. You’ll need the ability to work flexible schedules, “which may include at least one weekend day.”
