If you’re looking for a non-phone job with decent pay, KellyConnect continues to accept applications for full-time Chat Agents in all time zones. “All you do is type, no phone work,” one Kelly employee reported on our Facebook page.
Many home-based Agents at KellyConnect are working in Apple customer support. These may also fall under the Apple contract, based on employee comments online, though the company hasn’t confirmed this.
Pay

— Paid training at $12-$14/hr.
— Eligible for $500 training completion bonus and $250 performance bonus
— Pay increase to $13-$15/hr. after 90 days

Requirements
Requirements include a HS diploma, 6 months’ customer service experience, the ability to multitask and empathize with customers, and experience with mobile devices.
The job title is Chat Technical Support Representative. You’ll be providing “support and assistance to resolve customer technology problems through a series of trouble shooting activities via chat.” Username and password problems, email issues, uninstalling and reinstalling software, etc.
