No geographical restrictions for applicants are mentioned.


Requirements include at least one year of customer service experience, genuine care and empathy for customers, strong communication and organizational skills, and great attention to detail. Extra credit if you’ve worked for a startup before, or have used Help Scout or SnapEngage.

What’s the Gig?

After learning about the company’s services, you’ll be using email and chat to help customers with billing and account issues, handle general inquiries, and help customers set up their wedding sites using the templates and related options.
