Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare is a global vendor of medical equipment. They sell mobility products, beds, wheelchairs, respiratory equipment, power scooters, pediatric products and much more.

The company is advertising again for Customer Service Representatives. “Some positions are work from home,” the company says. “All shifts available.”

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills. Extra points if you have experience in a call center environment. Pay is reportedly about $14-$15/hr., per Glassdoor reviews.

What Will I Be Doing?

Duties of the job include:

— Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email or chat in a professional and courteous manner
— Resolve customer and sales reps’ inquires; explain product features, provide quotes, process orders and assist with all of their customer service needs
— Develop a thorough understanding of product to effectively offer additional accessories and substitute other products when items are back ordered, etc.
— Process orders received via email, fax, web, EDI or customer portal
