Work from Home Jobs – More Part-Time Grubhub Customer Service Agents Needed
NexRep seeks more part-time Customer Service Agents for its Grubhub account.
Grubhub lets diners order directly from more than 45,000 takeout restaurants in over 1,100 US cities and London. You’ll be helping customers and restaurants who are using the Grubhub app.
“We are unable to accept agents from NY, CA, RI, WA, AR, OR, IN and IL,” NexRep notes. (If you live in one of the listed states, check our Newest Jobs & Gigs page for more jobs like these.)
Pay averages about $10+/hr., per online reviews. However, other work from home Agent jobs on the NexRep site — with a higher sales component — would apparently have a much higher earning potential. “Many NexRep independent agents generate the equivalent of $15 per hour while the best agents are exceeding the equivalent of $25 per hour,” the company says. All Grubhub slots are independent contractor rather than employee. Reviews give the company 3.8 stars out of 5 on Glassdoor, 3.4 on Indeed.
In NexRep’s words, “We request a 20 hour minimum for weekly services scheduled between the hours of 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Friday – Tuesday. Additional hours can be scheduled anywhere else during the week.”
On its FAQ page for Agents NexRep notes that requirements include a quiet work area, a Windows or Mac computer, high-speed internet connected to your computer by cable (no WiFi), and access to a cell phone or landline (needed only during your initial certification).
