VIPdesk Connect is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Reps for its Skullcandy account. Skullcandy makes popular audio and gaming headphones and related accessories. After paid virtual training, you’ll be doing phone and email support for the brand.

This is a full-time temp-to-perm job that pays $10/hr.

Brand Ambassador Job Requirements:

— Able to work at the computer and on the phone for each scheduled shift
— Due to the home-based nature of this job, the Brand Ambassador is required to have a home-office environment, internet access, USB headset, router, modem, web camera, and computer system that meets VIPdesk Connect policies and maintenance requirements, including system upgrades as applicable, which may change over time
— High school diploma or equivalent
— Six (6) or more months experience with consumer sales
— Two (2) or more years related customer service experience
— Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and employment reference security check

This is a Seasonal (Temp-to-Perm) Customer Service Representative position for the Holiday Season. The seasonal term is anticipated to end in mid-January.

Available Shifts:
Full Time: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–9:00 pm ET

Training:
Monday – Friday, 11:00 am -5:00 pm ET, 2 weeks
October 23 – November 3, 2017
100% attendance is mandatory
Web Cameras will be used in the virtual classroom




System and Office Requirements to be provided by the Brand Ambassador:

  • Home Office – Home office is in a separate room that is noise free and has a door with locks.
  • File cabinet or desk drawer with lock
  • Crosscut Shredder Machine
  • Internet Access – minimum 2.5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload without packet loss or delay – DSL, or Cable (dial-up, satellite, and wireless connections are NOT permitted).
  • Internet connection must be a wired connection to your computer (wireless not permitted).
  • Ability to receive and send faxes.
  • Sound card with speakers or USB speakers.
  • Anti-Virus Software, Anti-Spyware, & Firewall – Current and regularly updated required.
  • USB headset that meets VIPdesk Connect requirements.

          • 2 GB RAM or higher
          • Processor Speed – Dual Core Processor: 2 GHz or higher.

        • Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit):
          • 1 GB RAM or higher
          • Processor Speed – Single Processor: 3 GHz or higher. Dual Core Processor: 1.5 GHz or higher.
