Position Summary: As a member of the team, you will help people every day by taking calls and responding to emails, while actively listening to understand customers’ needs, and answering their questions. You will respond to customer inquiries about orders, shipments, and our products representing a variety of brands. You will be an integral part of the team by promoting a positive brand image and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with order processing, product questions and service inquiries about shipment status, item replacements and general inquiries. Utilize multiple order systems, websites, and CRM systems to research issues and answer questions. Maintaining a positive spirit and image for all our brands. Other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with the expectations of online shopping, shipping, and return processes.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail required. Outgoing personality and ability to connect personally with other people is a plus.
  • Customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required. Must have a suitable and quiet workspace with a stable and sufficient internet connection.
  • Must have a personal computer (preferably a Windows based PC) and latest version of Google Chrome browser installed.

Work Environment:

  • Full time and part time opportunities are available. Saturday AM shifts may be required in the month of December.
  • Training will be provided in a fully remote setting. Small team and supportive atmosphere. Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.

The salary range is $17.00-$19.00 per hour
