You must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday within assigned shifts scheduled between 5:45 AM and 7:00 PM MST, including six weeks of paid training with perfect attendance. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Spanish language skills are a plus.
The posted pay rate is $20 to $25 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via multiple communication channels (email, phone, live chat, messaging)

Support appointment scheduling, benefits, programs, health screenings, and account access

Own customer issue resolution and ensure world-class service standards

Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Manage case backlog and document interactions in Salesforce

Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling and related tasks

Work occasional overtime as needed, following assigned shift schedules
Requirements

1-2 years customer support experience in healthcare, wellness, medical billing, or patient care

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use mobile technology and navigate software like Salesforce Service Cloud

Commitment to 6 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance and consistent attendance thereafter

Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask effectively

Spanish language skills and medical office experience preferred but not required
