The position is fully remote and follows a set weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:40 AM–7:10 PM). Attendance is considered essential, with no time off permitted during training or the first 90 days, and very limited, pre-approved time off during the 180-day appraisal period. Provide operational and customer service support to Humana members by resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Process member service requests and operational tasks.
- Resolve benefit, eligibility, and service-related inquiries.
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-up activities.
- Adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Customer service or operations experience.
- Healthcare or insurance experience preferred.
- English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred, not required.
- Experience using internal systems and documentation tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $40,000–$52,300/yr.
