Pay is listed at $20/hr. Equipment included, no college required.

The Role:
Gametime is looking for an enthusiastic, inspired, self-motivated, and hardworking Ticket Operations Associate I to join our team. This is a full-time hourly role (40 hours per week) and candidates should expect to work weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently and proactively communicating with sellers via phone and email
  • Responsible for maintaining certain margins on order sourcing
  • Respond quickly to orders and internal/external communications requiring attention
  • Provide above and beyond – WOW – GT experience, while helping customers with their purchasing needs
  • Be a passionate product expert and be able to answer and take ownership of any and all questions that come your way
  • Build loyalty among sellers to both fall in love and stay in love with Gametime

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Ninja like skills on the internet, ability to leap to multiple sites and tasks with lightning speed
  • The flexibility of a professional athlete… when it comes to your availability to work that is. Our earliest shift starts at 7:00 AM PST and our latest shift goes until 9:00 PM PST.
  • Confident speaking and writing skills
  • You’re attentive and a problem solver
  • You can make quick decisions in stressful environments
  • Experience with ticketing as a customer (sports, concerts, etc)
  • Knowledge of the sports industry (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, MLS, NCAA, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience with iOS and Android products, platforms and devices

Education Required:

  • High attention to detail, you pride yourself on accuracy and find yourself constantly double checking your work.
  • A good attitude, willing to put your head down and do whatever it takes to execute, learn, and innovate. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain your work and results to Gametime executives as needed.
  • Literate in Excel or another data management tool preferred, but not required
  • Persistence – never afraid to try new things, fail, and then try new strategies and approaches to succeed.
  • Self-motivated and focused on executing well; you enjoy being hands-on
  • Scrappy and resourceful when facing challenges of all types
  • Interest in the sports/live entertainment space is a plus

$20 – $20 an hour
At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
