MassMutual, a financial services company, has posted a Remote Customer Service Associate opening to their careers page.
In this role, you would support customers within the company’s Annuity Call Center, building rapport, answering questions, educating callers about their annuity contracts, and resolving requests on first contact. You’ll use multiple systems and tools to meet goals related to call quality, customer experience, and efficiency.
Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience (or an undergraduate degree), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Experience with Microsoft Office, bilingual fluency (Spanish), and prior work with insurance, annuity servicing, hospitality, or retail is a plus. A wired high-speed internet connection is required.
The posted pay rate is $45,000+ annually, with the ability to earn a 5% performance bonus.
The company is hiring from the United States and requires candidates to be able to work any 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday (no weekends).

This role supports the Annuity Call Center by delivering highly personalized, best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll demonstrate agility, inclusivity, accountability, and strong business acumen while helping customers understand their annuity contracts and resolving their questions with care and accuracy. The position includes six weeks of paid virtual training, with the next training class running January 12, 2026–February 20, 2026.

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience (or an undergraduate degree)

High school diploma or GED

Wired high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)

Willingness to work any 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday
Preferred Qualifications
