Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational performance against defined goals and service standards
- Analyze metrics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on operational initiatives
- Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Operations or contact center leadership experience
- Strong KPI, reporting, and performance management background
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives
- Comfort working cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $84,000 – $111,000/yr. + benefits.
