This fully remote role supports a mission-driven organization focused on improving cardiovascular health through evidence-based programs and telemedicine. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential patients, providing clear, compassionate, and informative responses via chat while supporting internal workflows.
Job Responsibilities

Respond to live chat inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and clarity

Answer basic questions about program offerings

Monitor and triage missed calls and messages, escalating when needed

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely follow-ups and callbacks

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM

Communicate efficiently using tools such as Slack
Qualifications

Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a mission-driven environment

Passion for improving heart health and helping others take action

Strong written communication skills and an empathetic, helpful demeanor

Ability to explain health-related topics clearly and simply

Experience with CRMs, Slack, or chat support tools (a plus)
