Job Overview
As a Transaction Processing Associate on the Claims Team, you’ll play an important role in supporting Conduent’s clients by entering claim data into internal systems while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (MST). No weekends. Remote or onsite options may be available.
Job Responsibilities

Enter claim information accurately into processing systems

Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry

Flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up

Maintain productivity and quality standards

Follow established claims submission procedures

Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Handle confidential information securely

Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Data entry experience required

Experience with insurance or claims processing preferred

Familiarity with claims management or EHR systems preferred

Understanding of healthcare or insurance terminology helpful
