What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will perform non-phone work, navigating multiple Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) to retrieve and prepare patient charts. Collaborating with physician and nurse teams, you will ensure accurate documentation and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Your day will also involve managing support tickets and maintaining communication with various healthcare teams.

Compensation & Benefits
