Resource Innovations, a women-led energy transformation firm, has posted a Remote Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist opening to their careers page.
In this role, you would provide customer support and data processing for multiple clients nationwide. Tasks include troubleshooting basic issues, entering and verifying data, maintaining filing systems, responding to customer emails and calls, and supporting various programs within the department. You will be part of a team delivering exceptional service while safeguarding confidential information.
Applicants should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of call center experience, proficiency in 10-key data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills are essential. A positive, customer-friendly attitude and ability to follow directions are required. Bilingual English-Spanish skills and experience in energy efficiency or utilities are a plus.
The posted pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Resource Innovations also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
The company is hiring from across the U.S. with shifts available between 8 am and 6 pm.

Requirements
