As a full-time position, the Customer Success Associate role offers flexibility with remote work options. What Your Day Will Look Like
Expect to manage user support requests via email, phone, and social media. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners, diagnosing issues, escalating bugs, and advocating for users. Identifying trends to enhance support processes is also key.
