This full-time Customer Support Specialist position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The call center operates from 7am to 9pm CST, seven days a week, requiring candidates to have a reliable home office setup.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing product information and resolving shipping concerns. Your role will involve utilizing various software tools to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate data capture.
