This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility with an 8-hour shift from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As an Inbound Patient Account Services Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service by resolving patient billing questions and documenting interactions accurately. You will engage with patients to build trust, manage emotional situations, and ensure efficient billing and reimbursement processes.

- Resolve Inquiries: Address patient billing questions

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High-school diploma or GED
- Healthcare Experience: 6 months in billing or collections
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service: Strong verbal and written skills
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $17.00 – $28.46/hr..
