The posted pay rate is $36,000–$90,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential.

Overview
Angi is transforming the home services industry by connecting homeowners with qualified professionals. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., helping them find and secure new customers through Angi’s platform.
Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to service providers via phone (up to 200 calls per day) to explain Angi’s value and offerings.

Overcome objections, negotiate solutions, and build relationships with pros.

Coach service providers on engaging homeowners and growing their customer base.

Research prospects using internal systems and online resources.

Guide service providers through background checks and onboarding.

Achieve and exceed biweekly sales targets.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.

Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.

Motivated to exceed sales goals and continuously improve.

Comfortable multitasking, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and solid computer aptitude.

Must be 21+ and have a dedicated high-speed internet connection (no hotspots).
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $36,000 annually

On-Target Earnings: $90,000+ (top 10% earn up to $190,000)

Commission: Uncapped

Paid training and management development opportunities after six months.

Work Environment
This role is 100% remote for eligible states listed above, with optional use of Angi’s offices in Denver, Indianapolis, or New York City. A camera-on culture and company-provided equipment ensure connected, collaborative communication.
