This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Available shifts include 12:00 am to 8:00 am, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 12:00 am EST. Candidates must be available for rotational weekend shifts to ensure continuous support coverage for the global community.
What Your Day Will Look Like
You will serve as the first point of contact for users and creators, managing high-volume inquiries via Intercom. Your day involves troubleshooting platform issues, providing clear guidance to resolve problems, and collaborating with engineering teams to escalate complex feedback. You are empowered to use your creativity and autonomy to go above and beyond, ensuring every customer interaction is helpful and magical.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Manage Inquiries: Act as the primary contact for users and creators via Intercom
- Troubleshoot Issues: Provide clear and easy-to-follow guidance to resolve platform problems
- Escalate Feedback: Work with engineering teams to tackle complex bugs and product suggestions
- Maintain Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction with responsive and friendly support
- Improve Support: Participate in team meetings to continuously refine support workflows
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; entrepreneurial experience highly valued
- Customer Experience: Previous background in a customer-facing or support role
- Platform Familiarity: Experience using Whop as either a buyer or a seller
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Technical Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new software tools quickly
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $48,000/yr. based on experience.
