Best Buy is seeking Full-Time Work from Home Virtual Sales Advisors.
The company hiring from all locations in the US EXCEPT for Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, and OR, HI, PR and CA.

Pay is in the $15-$17.27/hr. range.

As a Virtual Sales Advisors, you’ll be the voice of Best Buy for everyone who visits us over the phone and virtually. In this role, you’ll build long-lasting relationships with our customers as you provide unique and personalized service over time. You’ll be given the full training necessary to recommend the right products and services to each customer. You will be trained in all departments and be exposed to learning about new and exciting product categories as they are developed.
This role is not available in the following locations: Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, State of Oregon, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, California
What you’ll do
- Virtually greet, welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner via in-bound customer calls as well as potential chat and video customers
- Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing your passion for customer service and technology together
- Achieve sales goals and standards of performance
- Apply appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development
- Provide continuous feedback to grow and evolve sales strategy
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work, thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Working a flexible schedule weekends, nights and holidays
- Must have a quiet, professional, stable work environment with working internet
