The company posted openings for work from home Customer Service Operations Reps. You’d be supporting an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Demonstrates a customer-centric advocacy mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
