Pay is listed as $16.75/hour BASE with annual bonus potential based on performance.

“What you will do:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide world-class member-centric experience in a high volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Sell new memberships and upgrades to increase base growth.
- Consult with members on club products and appropriate cross-sell/ referrals on products and services to maximize information and sales opportunities for the organization.
- Receive and process Auto Travel calls as needed.
- Adhere to performance metrics including managing calls, schedule adherence, and other metrics as prescribed by leadership.

Total Compensation Overview:
Membership Sales and Service Representatives will earn a competitive base pay of $16.75 per hour with annual bonus potential based on performance.

We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum: 6 months of customer-service experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
- Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending receiving emails, toggling between applications and other skills and computer knowledge are required.
- Soft sell skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
- Desire and capability to work from home.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service. Advanced computer skills. Prior sales experience.
Home Office Requirements include:
- A designated workspace free from interruptions and distractions.
- Workspace large enough for two monitors.
- 100mb per second high-speed Internet with the ability to connect a computer and phone line directly into a modem.
- Personal laptop or computer (Chrome Book or Tablets will not provide the necessary bandwidth to perform duties).
- Ability to plug in (4) outlets with a power strip.
- Personal cell phone during training with ability to download company apps for network access.
A successful Membership Sales and Service Representative will possess effective communication skills, a positive and upbeat attitude, prospecting skills, ambition, motivation, and drive!
Work Environment:
This is a remote call center position. Call Center employees work remote full-time. An exception to this would be in the case of connectivity or service level issues, in which employees would be required to report temporarily to a designated ACG facility (if located <50 miles from an office) until connectivity or service levels are restored.”
